Host Monster uses the internet's favorite control panel - cPanel, which we liked. Host Monster have also added some useful features and add-ons to the default version of cPanel which was nice to see and quite helpful. One of the features we particularly liked was the drag-and-drop functionality, enabling you to customize the control panel to how you want.

Someone from their staff will be available round the clock to help you out no matter what time or which location you are calling or emailing from, if you need support you’ll get it! They claim their support is the best in the industry, I can personally approve of that from my experience with them so far, they have been quick and relevant every time I contacted them with a problem.
